Connecting via Bluetooth

Switch the unit ON, when the light is flashing slowly, press and hold the Play/Pause button until the light starts flashing rapidly. Now let go of the Play/Pause button and start a search on your media player. When the Droid appears, please select it and they will pair automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pair my device to more than one Droid at the same time?

You can only connect to one Droid at a time. If you are looking for a Bluetooth speaker which allows you to connect to more than 1 at the same time, we would recommend the Azatom Active X1 which does allow you to connect to 2 Active X1 speakers at the same time for True Wireless Stereo (TWS).

What can I do if my Droid loses volume and only plays very quietly?

The solution when this happens is to un-pair and DELETE the link between your connected Bluetooth device (on an Apple device this is the option to "Forget this Device", please check the User Manual for other products). Then reduce the volume on both the Droid and the Bluetooth Media Player. Again, re-pair the Droid and your Bluetooth device and then increase the volume on both units.

When I watch videos such as YouTube I sometimes experience a delay/ lip sync issues, what can I do?

This kind of issue is possible with video. If you are experiencing this, we would recommend using an Aux-cable connection.

Can I use my Droid to take calls?

When you receive a call whilst connected to the Droid, the Droid will automatically pause your music so you can take your call. Once finished the music will restart. However, the Droid is NOT a handsfree speaker, it does not have a microphone to allow you to conduct your call through the speaker. If you are looking for a handsfree speaker we would recommend the Azatom Kara, Storm or the Active X1 – all of which are handsfree speakers and have a built-in microphone.
