The Spitalfields has both a hard and factory reset. The factory reset is within the menu of the unit and resets all software settings back to the factory settings.

The hard reset is for when you are unable to access the menu of the unit or if there is any issue with hardware such as the screen. To perform a hard reset, using a thin implement such as a straightened paperclip, press into the rear of the unit into the connection marked “Reset” – then hold until the screen goes off or for 5 seconds then release the tool. Finally, switch the unit back on and the reset has been completed.
