We recommend using the Hard Reset and Factory Reset to restore your device to its original settings.

The Multiplex has both a hard and factory reset. The factory reset is within the menu of the unit and resets all software settings back to the factory settings.

The hard reset is for when you are unable to access the menu of the unit or if there is any issue with hardware such as the screen. To perform a hard reset, using the included tool, press into the rear of the unit into the connection marked “Aux-in” and “Reset” – then hold until the screen goes off or for 5 seconds then release the tool. The unit will restart having performed the hard reset.

Put the Multiplex into BT Wireless Audio Mode using the source button. Once in BT Wireless Audio Mode, please start a search on your BT Wireless Audio device. When the Multiplex D2 appears please select it and they will pair automatically.
